The aerator is mainly used to treat industrial wastewater and domestic sewage, which helps to purify the environment. There are many types of aeration pipes, each with its own characteristics, which can effectively treat sewage. I know that rubber membrane tube aerators are used for sewage treatment. This is a new aeration equipment. The aerator has a small aeration bubble diameter, a small gas-liquid interface diameter, a large gas-liquid interface area, uniform bubble dispersion, no perforation clogging, and strong corrosion resistance. Through various tests and trials, it has been found that its sewage treatment effect is particularly good, and it is particularly suitable for urban sewage treatment.
Tubular aerators are also used for urban environmental protection. It is a necessary equipment for aeration and oxygenation in the drainage. According to the method of use, it can be divided into external aerator and underwater aerator. Underwater aerators mainly include catenary aerators, microporous aerators and jet aerators. The aerator is used for environmental protection, and now the utilization rate is continuously increasing, and the application range is also very wide.
There are two main treatment methods for aerators, one is aerobic method and the other is anaerobic method. In general, the aerobic method is mainly used in low-concentration sewage treatment sites; the anaerobic rule is mainly used in high-concentration sewage with a lot of sludge. Different sewage treatment methods solve the problem of sewage purification of different concentrations. It is widely used in urban and rural domestic production sewage, industrial production sewage, etc. Effectively solve the problem of difficult sewage treatment in our country. For water-polluted areas with serious eutrophication and a lot of sludge, the aerator is mainly operated according to the cycle of aeration, idle, sedimentation, and drainage, and achieves decarbonization and denitrification in the repeated aerobic and anoxic processes of sewage; Between aerobic and anaerobic, phosphorus removal is realized, effectively solving the problem of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in the eutrophication of water bodies.
Usually, in the sewage treatment process, a variety of methods are combined to realize the sewage purification process. The same is true for wastewater treatment in the printing and dyeing industry. Generally speaking, when the aerator treats sewage, a combination of aeration tank and ecological sewage treatment is used, and some plants can be added to the aeration tank to achieve the purification effect of printing and dyeing sewage.
