In addition to the above-mentioned differences in bubble diameter, oxygen utilization, and whether it is easy to block, the two have the following differences:

1. Installation method

The rocker-arm microporous aerator is movable installation. When the aerator needs to be replaced or overhauled, the aerator can be taken out of the water by a hoist, and the construction and maintenance on the pool surface will not affect the other aerators in the same pool. Work, no need to stop the pool to clean water, low maintenance cost and less workload.

The dynamic aerator is a fixed installation. Once installed, it cannot be moved. If a certain aeration tank needs to be overhauled, the operation of the tank must be stopped and the sewage and sludge in the tank must be removed. It can be constructed and the maintenance cost is relatively high.

2. Durability

The failure modes of the rocker microporous aerator mainly include the following three types:

① Iron oxide, sewage and debris in the air after the steel cloth air pipe is rusted will cause the aeration pipe to be blocked, and the air flow in the aeration pipe is unevenly distributed, causing the aeration pipe to shake and cause fatigue damage;

②The aeration pipe is installed on the pipe joint. Under the dual effects of aeration pipe shaking and sewage corrosion, the pipe joint is easy to be broken from the root, and the corrosion of the sewage will also cause thinning and perforation of the air pipe wall;

③Underwater rocker arm movable joints are immersed in water for a long time, they may not be able to rotate due to rust and other reasons, so that the aerator cannot be raised to the water surface normally. The above three failure modes have been greatly improved through the application of new technologies in recent years, making the service life of the aerator up to about 5 years.

The failure modes of dynamic aerators are: due to fatigue or corrosion and other reasons, the joints between the various parts of the aeration head (such as dome, mixing drum, mixing ring, etc.) are broken or loosened, resulting in The aeration head disintegrates or falls off; the air distribution pipe is broken; the air distribution pipe is generally made of UPVC and other non-metallic pipes. The pipe and the pipe, and the pipe and the pipe fittings are usually glued together.

These three failure modes can generally be avoided by reasonable selection, correct selection of materials, and strict quality control. Therefore, the service life of this aerator is longer, up to 8-10 years.
