1. In the design and application of the up-and-down tube aerator, the left and right spacing of the air inlet main pipe on the water surface is 2400~3000mm, and the distance between the aerator and the aerator on the straight line of each intake branch pipe is 500~1200mm ; The specific distance depends on the process conditions, such as water concentration, water quality and gas supply.
2. If the aerators are arranged within 15 sets on the straight line of each DN100 intake main pipe, single-head air inlets can be used; if more than 15 sets are laid, both ends can be used for air intake. The number of laying sets depends on the air flow. .
3. Each intake main pipe is distributed from the main pipe on the bank of the pool, and a valve is installed to control the aeration volume of the aerator.
4. The suspension installation of the aerator is about 150~500mm away from the bottom of the pool, which can also meet the design requirements.
5. The exchange connection port of each intake branch pipe is connected to a DN25 flange, which is convenient for hoisting.
6. The price of this aeration pipe is regulated and can be installed on site.
