The original rubber aeration pan is a product developed for "treatment of domestic sewage". After applying it to the unsuitable "treatment of industrial wastewater", the shortcomings that were not exposed in the treatment of domestic sewage gradually emerged, and it is a pain point for users.
The rubber aeration pan is used in the field with high sludge concentration (= microbial concentration), and it will definitely cause blockage and cannot be used within several months to several years.
The rubber aeration pan is generally located at the bottom of the aeration tank, 5-6 meters underwater. The aeration disk with a diameter of 30cm has to withstand about 350kg of water pressure. The air generated by the air compressor needs high pressure to overcome the micropore pressure and water pressure, and squeeze out from the micron-level holes in a compressed state, and overflow At the same time, the compressed air bubbles will expand to the millimeter level; at the same time, the micropores will instantly expand and assume a negative pressure state. (Up to 70-80℃) heating and drying, and gradually accumulate in the micropores, resulting in a decrease in aeration volume, an increase in pressure in the pan, and an increase in energy consumption.
