1. Product description of disc microporous aerator

There are micropores on the rubber membrane, and the small I-shaped pores on the surface of the membrane are arranged in the form of spiral circumferential openings, which can not only keep the diameter of the bubbles discharged from the aerator within 1.0-2.0mm, but also relatively reduce The resistance of the small aerator.

The middle area of the rubber diaphragm is a non-open area, and it is specially designed as a self-closing and thickened structure. When the aeration is stopped, Under the action of water pressure, it will ventilate and seal closed, effectively preventing the backflow of sewage and abrasion.
Second, the function of the disc microporous aerator
When the disc aerator passes through the compressed air, it is pressed by the gas, and the micropores on the rubber diaphragm expand to oxygenate the pool, and the air bubbles are cut and become smaller by the micropores. The diameter of the bubbles can be fine-tuned according to the ventilation volume, so as to obtain a better oxygenation effect. The design of the sealing ring and O-ring around the rubber membrane ensures the airtightness between the rubber diaphragm and the fixing disc. When the air flow increases, the sealing ability also increases, effectively preventing air leakage. When the aeration stops, due to the resilience of the aerator diaphragm, the non-perforated and thickened area in the center of the diaphragm automatically sticks to the support plate, which plays a self-closing and non-return function.
3. Advantages of disc aerator
The micropores on the rubber diaphragm will also close automatically, so that the sewage will not enter the aerator and the pipeline system, and at the same time, it can prevent the sludge from clogging. After stopping the aeration for a long time, it can still aerate normally. The aerator and the air distribution pipe are connected through a special thread, which is convenient for the connection and disassembly of the aeration system, and is more convenient for maintenance and replacement.
