The TPU microporous aeration hose is a flexible tube aerator made of German imported TPU material after high temperature melting and extrusion die. The TPU microporous aeration hose has pores on the outer surface for aeration. The pores are elongated slits with a variable width within a certain range, which can generate medium and micro bubbles in the water. The aeration hose has the advantages of slow air bubble rise, uniform air distribution and high oxygen utilization rate.
The microporous aeration hose is convenient to assemble, and the air pipe and the aeration tube are combined into one at the bottom of the pool, no additional pipeline equipment is required, and the cost is lower than other microporous aerators. Compared with other microporous aerators, the aeration hose has the following advantages:
1. The aeration hose has the function of gas transmission, which saves the cost of gas pipeline.
2. It can be packaged by bending, small in size and low in shipping cost.
3. The device is simple, the cost of the device is low, and there is no danger of air leakage.
4. The aeration hose swells during aeration, and is squashed when not aerated, and the variable pores are closed, so no matter how long or short the aeration is suspended, it will not be blocked.
5. Acid and alkali corrosion resistance, no aging, no tearing, and long service life.
6. The wall thickness of the hose is only 0.4mm, the airway loss is small, the inner and outer surfaces of the hose are smooth, and no biofilm is attached.
7. The oxygen utilization rate is high, the price is lower than other aerators, and the performance-price ratio is high.
8. There are no special requirements for air source, and no air filtering equipment is required.
9. The hose has high pore density, uniform air distribution, large service area, and no dead ends.
The aeration hose overcomes the shortcomings of poor stability of other aerators, and there is no worries about the future.
