1. The installation position of the main pipe valve that can lift the aeration pipe: installed at the exhaust port of the Roots blower, and connected to the main vent pipe at the back end. Main function: Control the air output of the air compression pump and adjust the air consumption of the microporous aeration pipe at the bottom of the pool. The total valve can adjust the air volume of the rubber tube type microporous aeration tube at the bottom of the pool according to the climate change, the breeding status, and the load of the pond water body, so as to achieve the purpose of saving electricity.
2. The selection of the main ventilation pipe should be based on the number of microporous aeration pipes. It is the main channel connecting the main ventilation valve and each bronchus, and distributes the compressed gas produced by the Roots blower to each ventilation branch. The pipe diameter should be larger than the bronchus to reduce pipe resistance.
3. Installation position of branch valve: the front end is connected to the main aeration pipe, and the back end is connected to the lifting aeration pipe or fixed aeration pipe. The main function is to control the aeration volume of the aeration pipe and adjust the oxygen consumption of the underwater aerator.
4. The arrangement direction of the aeration pipes should be horizontal. Advantages: The water circulation effect is good, the aeration pipe can be lifted to discharge air in the same horizontal direction, which is beneficial to realize the overall circulation of the pool water, and complete the circulation exchange of the pool water up and down, front and back.
