The aerator is a means to make air and water come into strong contact. Its purpose is to dissolve oxygen in the air in the water, or to remove unwanted gases and volatile substances from the water into the air. In other words, it is a means to promote the exchange of substances between gas and liquid. It also has other important functions.

Microbubble aerator, also known as microporous aerator, is made of porous materials such as ceramsite and coarse porcelain. It is mixed with a suitable binder such as phenolic resin and sintered at high temperature to form the diffuser plate, diffuser tube and diffuser cover. According to the installation type, it can be divided into lifting microporous aerator and fixed microporous aerator.

The lift-type microporous aerator is mainly composed of three parts: a microporous aeration pipe, a movable rocker arm and a lifter.

1 The microporous aeration tube is composed of a microporous tube, a front cover, a back cover and connecting bolts;

2. The movable rocker arm is a lifting tube. The microporous aeration tube is rod-shaped and installed on the bronchus. The base is fixed on the pool wall, the movable riser extends into the pool, the branch pipe falls on the bottom of the pool, and the bracket is supported on the bottom of the pool;

3 The aerator hoist is a mobile electric hoist, and the lifting trolley can move freely to lift the rocker arm.

Its working principle is: air enters the aeration tube from the vent hole on the back cover of the microbubble aeration tube, and the wall of the aeration tube is densely covered with many small pores. Under the action of the pressure difference, the air in the pipe diffuses from the pores of the wall, forming many tiny bubbles in the sewage, causing water turbulence, so as to achieve the purpose of dissolving the oxygen in the air into water.
