1.2 Project overview

Due to the aging, blockage, and damage of the existing aeration tank pipe network, which cannot meet the current normal use, according to the current design of the aeration tank, replace the faulty equipment in the system to make the system reach normal operating conditions.

1.3 Design parameters

The area of the aeration tank is: 66.5 meters * 21.5 meters = 1429.75 square meters, which can increase the maximum air volume of the aerator to 87.5-131.25m³/min. , by controlling the valve and fan, adjust the required oxygen amount for actual operation. The designed air volume has adjustable space. In order to avoid the inconvenience caused by frequent replacement and maintenance of a small part of the aeration in the later stage such as aging, blockage, and damage, the designed air volume dissolved oxygen is 2mg/L-4mg/L, and some aeration cannot operate normally. Under normal circumstances, it will not affect normal operation, reducing frequent replacement and maintenance costs.

2 Transformation content

The original aerator was damaged and could not meet the normal use. The efficiency of the aerator was improved through transformation, and the liftable tube aerator was selected through comprehensive analysis combined with the site conditions. At present, fixed EPDM aeration equipment is mostly used. During operation, fixed aerators are repaired and replaced in case of failure. In view of the shortcomings of short life of EPDM (EPDM) commonly used in aerators and the shortcomings of difficult maintenance and repair of fixed aerators , choose the liftable tube aerator to realize the repair and maintenance of the aerator without stopping the operation of the sewage treatment system, which is convenient for control and cleaning, improves the safety and reliability of equipment operation, and meets the relevant regulations and requirements of environmental protection.

Material: The diaphragm is made of TPU material. TPU has excellent high tension, high tensile strength, toughness and aging resistance, high chemical corrosion resistance and tear resistance, and is not easy to break. Excellent wear resistance, more than five times more wear-resistant than rubber. High tensile strength, elongation at break can be as high as 1000%. Compared with other kinds of diaphragms, the performance of TPU tubular aerator is more perfect and the life is longer. The diaphragm process is one-time extrusion molding. The micropores on the diaphragm are evenly arranged along the entire aeration pipe, and can be used in the entire service range. Ensure the requirements of oxygenation and the uniformity of gas distribution in the pool. Widely used in municipal sewage and industrial sewage treatment.

3.1 Operation steps

Weld the pipeline into a whole pipeline according to the size of the drawing; weld the gas transmission branch joints, one end of the gas transmission branch joints is welded with the gas transmission main pipe, and the other end is welded with flanges to ensure that each gas transmission branch joint is on a horizontal line; 3. The top of the pool The air inlet branch pipe should be distributed from the main pipe on the bank of the pool, and a valve should be installed. A flange is welded between the main air pipe and the branch pipe of the aerator at 100-200mm, depending on the height of the water surface of the user, to ensure that the flange of the branch pipe is above the water surface for future maintenance, and equipped with rubber gaskets and screws.

3.2 Precautions for installation

Diaphragm mounting clamps must be tightened. All pipes should be leveled on the same plane. During installation and after installation, open flame operations such as explosions are strictly prohibited on site. If operations are really required, the aerator should be covered with fireproof materials to avoid scalding the equipment.

When the aerator is transported and installed, it cannot be thrown or dragged to avoid wear on the pipe wall. After installation, check whether the connectors meet the requirements.
