Aeration is a very important part of the sewage treatment process, whether it is the activated sludge method or the biological contact oxidation method. All need to use aeration. The main function of aeration is also to oxygenate the microorganisms and at the same time play a certain role in stirring.
1. Material
Microporous aeration pan/microporous aerator. The main material is ABS+EPDM rubber, and there is also a silicone aerator. This is mainly in terms of customer needs. These two types of materials are the most common and commonly used types on the market.
2. Specifications
Common specifications are φ215mm, φ260mm, and φ300mm. The average pore size on the rubber diaphragm is 10-100μm. The density of stomata is 8000-12000 per meter. Take the aeration tray with φ215mm specification as an example. One service area is 0.3 square meters. In general water quality treatment, three aerators per square meter can basically meet the treatment requirements.
