Installation of the rotary mixing aerator: Pre-open Φ6mm holes on the air branch pipe according to the designed spacing, and the center of the hole is connected to the aerator nozzle (DN20), and the center error between the holes is not more than ±0.5mm. The air pipe is prefabricated according to the required length and then transported to the installation site. Before installing the aerator, the air pipe must be cleaned of all debris, and the air pipe network must be clean. Use air blowing or flushing with water to remove all debris and residues that may accumulate on the pipe end. Screw the rotary mixing aerator into the prefabricated air pipe connector. Be careful not to tighten it too tightly. After installation, check whether the aerator is damaged and whether the rubber gasket and connector are intact.
