Silicone rubber aeration pan is another diaphragm disc microporous aerator (aeration pan) product. ABS engineering plastics are used as the chassis and support plate. The air distribution plate is made of silicon rubber. The aeration device is composed of aerators, regulators, connectors and air distribution pipes, tees, crosses, elbows and other pipe connections.
Silicone rubber has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, dielectric properties, ozone resistance and atmospheric aging resistance. The outstanding performance of silicon rubber is its wide use temperature, which can be used at -60°C (or lower temperature) to +250 ℃ (or higher temperature) for long-term use.
The aerator is arranged according to the air supply volume and the density of the pool. The aerator and the air distribution pipe are connected by G3/4 thread, the base is internal thread (fixed on the air distribution pipe), and the aerator is external thread. When installing, first fix the required size of the regulator to the bottom of the pool, and then fix the air distribution pipe on the regulator with a hoop.
