(1) The membrane aerator has a large aeration capacity. In the case of a water depth of 6M, the aeration area of an aeration tube with an effective length of 2M is equivalent to the aeration area of 10 aeration heads with a diameter of 20cm, and the aeration is uniform.
(2) The aerator is of circular design, no silt formation, good opening and closing performance of the membrane pores, and no clogging. During the intermittent aeration pause period, sewage will not flow back into the pipe.
(3) The aerator has high oxygenation power efficiency and oxygen utilization rate, and the pressure loss is small. The diameter of the bubbles produced by the aerator in the water is less than 2mm, and the oxygen is easily dissolved in the water. According to the air supply volume of the fan, its oxygen utilization rate is as high as 52.5%. The power efficiency is as high as 8KgO2/KWH, and the pressure loss is 36-50mbar. Can greatly save energy consumption. According to conservative calculations, under the same conditions, the aerator can save more than 20% energy than the aerator, and is suitable for large and medium-sized industrial sewage treatment projects, thereby saving a lot of operating costs.
(4) The aeration support pipe is an integrated design, has seismic and torsion resistance, will not break, and does not require maintenance for life.
(5) The rubber membrane of the aerator is made of special formula, which has good elasticity, long service life and will not break. Generally speaking, the service life of EPDM rubber membrane is more than 5 years, and the service life of silicone rubber membrane is more than 10 years.
(6) The aerator is simple in structure, easy to install, and easy to clean and replace. Generally speaking, it only takes about 1 minute to install an aeration tube.
