The variable microporous aerator is designed with a slightly convex arched surface and uses ABS engineering plastic as the main body. The diaphragm has a special imported rubber (EPDM) with an anti-adhesion surface, which is made by special processing. The diaphragm opening is made with a German imported CNC knife to ensure the quality and accuracy of the hole. When the aerator is oxygenated and aerated, the main panel is designed with four air supply grooves, so that the incoming air is buffered by the check valve and sent directly to the center of the aeration head to ensure that the diaphragm can be easily opened with low resistance at one time. The diaphragm adopts ribbed anti-locking mechanized assembly to ensure that the diaphragm will never fall off. When air is in, the micro-holes on the air-distributing film swell and expand by themselves to ensure the passage of air. When the aeration is stopped, the variable micropores on the aeration membrane are in a closed state. Because the variable micropores of the aeration membrane expand and contract by themselves, the phenomenon of blocking the micropores through the aerator is avoided. Secondly, there is a check valve device on the chassis of the aerator to prevent the mixed liquid from entering the air distribution branch pipe when the pipeline system stops air supply, so as to avoid the mixed liquid entering the branch pipe and being blocked. The incoming air does not need special filtering, and the intermittent aeration is not clogged, and the air-distribution membrane is easy to blow and tear and the membrane cannot be opened or the membrane is blocked. Great technological improvement, these several technological reforms make it a new generation of excellent products without maintenance during long-term operation.
