The anaerobic method uses tubular aerators to treat sludge and high-concentration sewage. It is an artificially enhanced method of water self-purification and a method that relies on the mission of activated sludge to remove organic matter in sewage. The dissolved oxygen in the aeration tank should be kept at 34 mg/L. If the oxygen supply is insufficient, the function of the activated sludge will be deteriorated, which will reduce the wastewater treatment effect. In order to ensure a satisfactory oxygen supply, it is necessary to rely on tubular aerators.
The tubular aerator is a non-clogging aerator, which has the function of actively cleaning and avoiding the backflow of sewage. When the air blower stops supplying air, the membrane will be shortened and closed immediately, and the sewage will never seep back into the aeration pipe. When the blower restarts, the membrane will release bubbles, which will bounce off the adhered sludge due to its elasticity and bouncing characteristics. This repair-free feature is the choice for activated sludge construction. Greatly reduce the workload of operation and maintenance.
