The tubular aerator adopts the air supply main pipe, the pilot air tank and the rubber membrane expansion hole for microporous aeration. The diaphragm is imported from Germany, with stable physical and chemical properties and long service life: uniform perforation, uniform and small pore size, small diameter of expanded bubbles, large gas-liquid interface area, high oxygen transfer efficiency, and high oxygen efficiency. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high oxygen utilization rate, reliable performance, no clogging of pores, no return of sewage, uniform circumferential stress, long service life, convenient installation and maintenance, and low system price.
Compared with other existing gas layer devices, the gas diffusion hose of the tubular aerator can greatly save power consumption and reduce the operating cost of sewage treatment. Because the diffusion rubber of the microporous aerator is made of EPDM rubber, it has excellent physical and mechanical properties; the fittings and ducts are made of ABS engineering plastics, which are not afraid of corrosion and have reliable performance, which greatly reduces the workload of operation and maintenance. This series of products are not easy to be blocked, and the aeration pipe can be automatically cleaned to prevent the backflow of sewage. When the air blower stops supplying air, the membrane immediately shrinks and closes the platform to prevent sewage from leaking into the aeration pipe. When the blower moves again, the membrane rapidly expands and releases bubbles, while the sludge adhering to the membrane surface rebounds.
