PP Plastic

The temperature of the PP material is about 160~170 degrees, and the PA66 or PA6 compound can be set at about 245~250 degrees. There are six grades of PP materials, and injection-molded PP materials are the first grade. PP is the abbreviation of polypropylene plastic. Propylene is a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless milky white crystalline polymer with high crystallinity and regular structure, so it has excellent mechanical properties, such as yield, stretch, compression strength, hardness, and elasticity. They are all higher than HDPE. After the general plastics are used once, they can be used as raw materials again after thermal extrusion and pelletizing by the recycling machine. The recycled and extruded polypropylene materials are all called PP reclaimed materials. .
