The membrane of the TPU tubular aerator is extruded with new imported TPU pellets, which is resistant to stretching, strong tension, high tear strength, abrasion resistance, bending resistance, penetration resistance, low temperature resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and acid resistance Alkali and other properties, and has good resilience and long service life.
It is a high-performance environmentally friendly elastomer hose. It is a high-quality substitute for PVC and rubber hoses. When the efficiency of the running aerator is low or clogging is frequent, the aeration hose can be used for modification to improve the aeration capacity and stirring effect.
The tube film type microporous aerator should be adapted to intermittent operation. During intermittent operation, the air outlet hole should be opened or closed according to the air flow required during the aeration process. Under no circumstances should waste water enter the aeration piping system. The aerator must also provide cleaning, maintenance and condensate drainage system devices.
Each vertical pipe of the tubular aerator must be equipped with a set of condensate drainage device to discharge the water in the pipeline. The device consists of a DN25 pipe inserted into the bottom of the air branch pipe, and uses the principle of air lift to remove moisture. The thin pipe is led to the upper part of the water surface along the vertical pipe, and the condensed water is controlled by the post valve.
