It is a necessary environmental protection equipment for aeration and oxygenation of drainage and drainage. It is also a means to promote the exchange of substances between gas and liquid. Oxygen dissolves in the water, or expels unwanted gases and volatile substances from the water to the air. There are many types of environmental protection equipment aerators. Diaphragm aeration tray
Function: oxygenation, mixed flow.
Reliability: Generally, domestic diaphragms are used for 1-3 years, and imported diaphragms are used for 5-8 years, or even longer. Advantages: uniform air distribution and high oxygen utilization rate.
Disadvantages: After running for 3-6 months, the resistance loss is more than 600 mm water column, it needs to be cleaned in time (pickling), and the system needs to be equipped with a sewage device.
Diaphragm aeration pipe
Function: oxygenation, mixed flow
Reliability: Generally domestic diaphragms are used for 0.5-2 years; imported diaphragms are used for 5-8 years, or even longer. Advantages: The overall cost is low; the oxygen utilization rate is high; it is not prone to blockage; it can be operated intermittently; the resistance loss is constant at 300-500 mm water column.
Disadvantages: The resistance loss at the beginning is about 100-200 mm water column higher than that of disc aeration.
Function: oxygenation, mixed flow
Reliability: The imported diaphragm is generally used for 5-8 years, or even longer.
Advantages: It has the advantages of non-drainage and is simple to set up.
Disadvantages: limited use occasions.
