Diaphragm aeration tray

Function: oxygenation, mixed flow.

Reliability: Generally, domestic diaphragms are used for 1-3 years, and imported diaphragms are used for 5-8 years, or even longer. Advantages: uniform air distribution and high oxygen utilization rate.

Disadvantages: After running for 3-6 months, the resistance loss is more than 600 mm water column, it needs to be cleaned in time (pickling), and the system needs to be equipped with a sewage device.

Diaphragm aeration pipe

Function: oxygenation, mixed flow

Reliability: Generally domestic diaphragms are used for 0.5-2 years; imported diaphragms are used for 5-8 years, or even longer. Advantages: The overall cost is low; the oxygen utilization rate is high; it is not prone to blockage; it can be operated intermittently; the resistance loss is constant at 300-500 mm water column.

Disadvantages: The resistance loss at the beginning is about 100-200 mm water column higher than that of disc aeration.

Liftable diaphragm aerator

Function: oxygenation, mixed flow

Reliability: The imported diaphragm is generally used for 5-8 years, or even longer.

Advantages: It has the advantages of non-drainage and is simple to set up.

Disadvantages: limited use occasions.
