The aeration pipe diaphragm adopts imported TPU polyurethane. This product is a flexible microporous aeration tube, which is used to open multiple microporous aeration holes on the tube wall. During aeration, the micropores are opened for aeration. When not aerated, the micropores are closed due to the water pressure and its own elasticity to prevent sewage and sludge from returning to a certain extent, thereby preventing sewage and sludge from clogging the aerator.
1. Advantages of TPU aeration tube membrane:
1. TPU (polyurethane) has obvious advantages in terms of oxygen transfer rate, compression resistance, and maintenance. Has excellent high tension, high tension, toughness and aging resistance, chemical resistance and high tear strength, not easy to crack
2. TPU film has excellent abrasion resistance, which is more than 5 times that of rubber. The tensile strength and elongation at break are as high as 1000%. Tear strength refers to the ability of the aeration film to resist tearing. TPU has high tear resistance, and the tear strength is better than silicone rubber
3. The performance of TPU tubular aerator is better than other types of diaphragm, and the service life is longer. The membrane process is one-time extrusion molding, and the micropores on the membrane are evenly arranged along the entire aeration tube, which can ensure the oxygenation requirements and uniform gas distribution in the entire range of use.
