The aerator is an important part of the sewage treatment system, and the work of the aerator directly affects the effluent index. There are many types and specifications of aerators. Today, the editor of Kunshan Pinhong Rubber and Plastics will introduce the diaphragm aerator
As the name implies, the diaphragm aerator is composed of an aeration diaphragm and an ABS chassis, which are divided into silica gel and EPDM diaphragms. The chassis is injection molded from ABS engineering plastics. The oxygen utilization rate of the 215 aeration head is 22-40%, and the oxygen utilization rate of the 260 aeration head is 31-59%. The pore diameter of the aeration membrane belongs to micropores, with an average pore diameter of 80-100 m. During the construction process, the aeration membrane is very fragile, and it is necessary to prevent sharp objects and welding sparks from damaging the aerator. It is widely used in sewage treatment plants, pharmaceuticals, printing and dyeing, textiles, papermaking, etc.
The diaphragm microporous aeration uses ABS engineering plastic as the chassis and support plate, and the gas distribution membrane uses EPDM rubber or silica gel material. The aeration device is composed of aerator, regulator, joint and gas distribution pipeline, tee, cross, elbow and other pipe fittings. Diaphragm aerator is a new type of aeration facility that can meet all aeration tanks, biological contact oxidation tanks, biological stability ponds and other places. Diaphragm aerators are arranged according to the air supply volume and pool density. The aerator and the gas distribution pipeline are connected by G3/4 thread, the base is internal thread (fixed on the gas distribution pipeline), and the aerator is external thread. When installing, fix the regulator of the required size on the bottom of the pool, and then fix the air distribution pipe on the regulator with a hoop. The feature is that when the aerator needs to be replaced under special circumstances, the entire aerator does not need to be replaced, only the diaphragm needs to be easily replaced, which greatly reduces the difficulty and cost of subsequent maintenance.
