(1) The membrane aerator has a large aeration capacity. When the water depth is 6M, the aeration area of the aeration pipe with an effective length of 2M is equivalent to 10 aeration heads with a diameter of 20CM, and the aeration is uniform.
(2) The aerator has a circular design, no siltation, good membrane pore opening and closing performance, and no blockage. During the pause of intermittent aeration, sewage will not flow back into the pipeline.
(3) The aerator has high oxygenation power efficiency, high oxygen utilization rate and low pressure loss. The diameter of bubbles produced by the aerator in the water is less than 2mm, and oxygen is easily dissolved in water. According to the air volume of the fan, its oxygen utilization rate is 52.5%. The dynamic efficiency is 8 kg oxygen/kWh, and the pressure loss is 36-50 bar. Can greatly save energy consumption. According to conservative calculations, under the same conditions, the aerator is more than 20% more energy-saving than the aerator. It is suitable for large and medium-sized industrial sewage treatment projects and saves a lot of operating costs.
(4) The aeration support pipe is an integrated design, has the characteristics of seismic and torsion resistance, will not break, and does not require maintenance for life.
(5) The rubber membrane of the aerator adopts a special formula, which has good elasticity, long service life, and does not break. Generally speaking, the service life of EPDM rubber membrane is more than 5 years, and the service life of silicone rubber membrane is more than 10 years.
(6) The aerator is simple in structure, easy to install, and easy to clean and replace. Generally speaking, it only takes about 1 minute to install an aeration tube.
