1. It can improve the comparative advantages of the aerator and the disc aerator

If the aerator is fixed and installed at the bottom, once the aerator is damaged, broken, leaked, blocked, etc., the water must be released, the production must be stopped, and the sludge must be drained before maintenance. After the water is released, the bracket and the packing may collapse.

1. Installation of liftable tube aerator

1. When designing and applying liftable tube aerators, the distance between the left and right inlet pipes on the water surface is 2400~3000mm.

The distance between the gas tanks is 500~1200mm; the specific distance depends on the process conditions such as water concentration, water quality, and gas supply.

2. The main pipeline on the water surface is welded into a whole pipeline according to the drawing size, draw a line on the whole pipeline, weld the gas transmission branch pipe joint, and weld one end of the gas transmission branch pipe joint with the gas transmission main pipe.

- End welded flanges to ensure that each gas branch pipe joint is on a horizontal line;

3. Each air intake main pipe should be distributed from the main pipe on the bank of the pool, and a valve should be installed to control the ventilation volume of the aerator.

4. The exchange connection port of each intake pipe is connected by DN25 flange, which is convenient for lifting.

After connecting the gas branch pipe joints, connect the blind plate at one end of the main pipe and the valve flange at the other end, and then place the main pipe on the actual position marked on the drawing.

6. After the gas transmission main pipe is welded, it is directly fixed on the wall with a U-shaped card; the gas transmission main pipe is placed on the support, and the support is fixed on the pool body.

7. After installing the gas transmission branch pipe connected to the aerator, install the aerator and adjust the aerator to ensure that the aerator is in a straight line;

8. Check whether the screws at all connection points are tightened to prevent air leakage;

9. The installation is completed, commissioning and acceptance.
