1. Review the installation and construction drawings;
2. Check whether the size of the on-site pool is consistent with the construction drawing;
3. Set the line according to the site conditions and drawings;
4. Hit the expansion bolts according to the line and install the adjustable pipe bracket;
5 Start cutting and blanking according to the size of the drawing;
6. Position the middle air intake main pipe, and bond the matching four-way or three-way generation (note: it must be horizontal and vertical);
7. According to the position of the aerator on the drawing, set the line and open the hole on the branch pipe. The size of the hole is generally 6-8mm, which is determined according to the specific aerator model; (the debris after drilling must be cleaned up. Stay in the pipeline)
8. Put the branch pipe on the adjustable pipe bracket and glue it together with the air intake main pipe in the middle (note: the hole punched on the branch pipe must be vertical upward);
9. Glue the three-way joints and elbow joints of the side pipes on both sides with the nozzles of the branch pipes. (Note: it must be horizontal and vertical)
10. Adjust the level of the overall pipeline with the adjustable pipe bracket;
11. Tie the nylon cable tie of the adjustable tube bracket (method: buckle the side of the nylon cable tie without holes in the slot of the bracket, then find a 12mm iron rod and insert it into the square hole of the nylon cable tie. It is buckled with a light press);
12. Bond the aerator nozzle at the position where the holes are punched on the branch pipe (note: the aerator nozzle must be vertically upward);
13. After the aerator nozzle is firmly bonded (about 24 hours), install the aerator;
14. After the aerator and pipeline are installed, in order to prevent the leakage of the pipe connection, clean water should be put into the pool to about 100mm from the upper part of the aerator, and then ventilate for testing. If there is a leak, mark it and repair it in time After it is fully qualified, it can be officially put into use.
15. Precautions: ①. In order to prevent other operations such as electric welding sparks and civil construction from damaging the aeration device, the aeration piping system must be installed after the completion of the civil construction. ②The ABS nozzle can be bonded without polishing, and the UPVC nozzle must be bonded after polishing. ABS pipe is recommended for the aeration pipeline.
