The membrane aerator is another membrane microporous aeration product newly developed by our company. ABS engineering plastics are used as the chassis and pallets. The air distribution membrane is made of EPDM or silica gel. The aeration device is composed of aerators, regulators, connectors and air distribution pipes, three-way, four-way , Elbows and other pipe connections.
Membrane aerator is a new type of aeration facility, which can meet all aeration tanks, biological contact oxidation tanks, biological stability ponds and other places.
The diaphragm aerator is arranged according to the air supply volume and the density of the pool. The aerator and the air distribution pipe are connected by G3/4 thread, the base is internal thread (fixed on the air distribution pipe), and the aerator is external thread. When installing, first fix the required size of the regulator to the bottom of the pool, and then fix the air distribution pipe on the regulator with a hoop. The main features are small bubble diameter, uniform bubble diffusion and strong corrosion resistance. Silicone Aerator-Product Features The biggest feature is that when the aerator needs to be replaced under special circumstances, there is no need to replace the entire aerator, only the diaphragm can be easily replaced, which greatly reduces the difficulty and cost of subsequent maintenance.
