The Chinese name is Thermoplastic Polyurethane. Thermoplastic TPU elastomer, TPU plastic raw material is made of MDI containing NCO functional group and POLYOL, 1.4BG containing OH functional group through extrusion and mixing. It has good elasticity, good physical properties, and excellent mechanical strength. Therefore, it is widely used in processing methods such as injection, extrusion, calendering, and dissolution into solution resins. It is a plastic material that is often used by plastic processing industry. Its products cover the range of industrial applications and necessities for people's livelihood.
TPU plastic material has excellent wear resistance, which is more than five times more wear-resistant than natural rubber. It is one of the preferred materials for wear-resistant products.
The tensile strength is as high as 70MPa, and the elongation at break can be as high as 1000%.
