To know the installation spacing of the microporous aeration plate, first know the service area of each model of the microporous aeration plate. First of all, there are two types of conventional microporous aeration disks. The service areas of the two types of aeration disks of φ215mm and φ260mm are 0.25-0.55㎡ and 0.35-0.75㎡ respectively. In layman's terms, 3 aeration heads of φ215mm are arranged per square meter, and 2.5 aeration heads of φ260mm are arranged. This arrangement can better play the role of aeration. All indicators can better achieve a balance.
Therefore, based on such experience, it can be roughly estimated that the installation distance of the φ215mm microporous aeration plate is between 500-550mm, and the installation distance of the φ260mm microporous aeration plate is between 550-650mm.
