In order to improve the efficiency of sewage treatment, silicone rubber aeration pipes tend to increase the inner and outer diameters of the membrane sleeves, and some even exceed 100mm in size and the wall thickness is often between 2~4mm and the outer diameter is between 104~108mm. The effect is to increase the outer diameter of the membrane to increase the capacity of the pipeline, thereby increasing the overall operating speed and increasing the efficiency of sewage treatment. Once the wall thicknesses on the left and right sides are uneven, cutting the "U"-shaped groove in the silicone rubber aeration pipe will show the disadvantages, and the thinner wall will be aerobic during work. The repeated work of the suction and expansion force of the aeration can easily cause the product to be torn and cause damage to the product. As for the role of the silicone rubber aeration tube, the aeration efficiency will be determined by the number of "holes" on the surface of the product. The more U-shaped holes are punched on the surface of 100mm in diameter, the higher the requirements for the tearing strength of the silicone rubber. As the quantity increases, the tear strength of the silica gel will increase. For reasonable use, it is recommended not to punch too many holes. Although the efficiency is improved, the product life will be reduced. This is proportional to the cutting method. In addition, the cutting method will also affect the life of the aeration tube. The cutting effect will be better with a precision knife die, because the aeration tube is easy to be torn during work and the way to start the tear is to start from the incision end, so the precision of the incision has less burrs, and the tearing will not start. Service life, the use of rough mold cutting will result in more burrs at the incision, and the silicone will expand as soon as the force is applied. These small burrs will be infinitely enlarged.
