Aerator technology is the most commonly used environmental protection technology in enterprise sewage treatment. , The aerator is a necessary environmental protection equipment for aeration and oxygenation of water supply and drainage. Aeration is a means to promote the exchange of substances between gas and liquid. Its purpose is to dissolve oxygen in the air in the water, or to expel unwanted gases and volatile substances in the water into the air.
There are many types of aerators for environmental protection equipment. Today I will introduce to you how to choose aerators. According to the method of use, environmental protection equipment aerators can be divided into surface aerators and underwater aerators. Underwater aerators mainly include microporous aerators and jet aerators. After continuous update and development, its structure and performance are changing with each passing day.
Aeration types are roughly divided into two categories: one is blast aeration, and the other is mechanical aeration. Among them, aeration heads, aeration pipes, suspension chain aerators, and liftable aerators are commonly used for blast aeration. They all have higher oxygen utilization and power effects, and have better energy-saving effects. Among them, the aeration tube is not only uniform in aeration, but also only can meet the requirements when the aeration volume is large, and the cost is also low.
The aeration head and the aeration pipe are simple in structure, easy to install, and the engineering cost and the cost of the device itself are low.
Suspended chain aerators and liftable aerators are easy to troubleshoot and are easy to maintain and manage. When these two types of aerators fail, they can be brought to the surface for repairs. If other bottom aerators fail, they can be repaired. The need to clean and drain the ponds greatly increases investment. So how to distinguish the advantages of these two types of aerators? Although the suspension chain aerator is also easy to troubleshoot and easy to maintain and manage, because it swings back and forth on the water surface, it will cause relatively uneven aeration. The aerator can be lifted on this top, the aeration is even, the effect can reach the aeration tube, or even better, but the cost is high.
In fact, the selection of the aerator has its own emphasis, mainly considering the following factors:
1. The air diffusion device should have a high oxygen utilization rate and power effect, and have good energy-saving effects; 2. It is not easy to be blocked, easy to troubleshoot, and easy to maintain and manage; 3. Simple structure, easy to install, engineering cost and device The cost itself is low; 4. In addition, the water quality of sewage, regional conditions and aeration tank type, water depth, and ventilation volume should also be considered.
