1. Liftable tube aerator structure
The tubular air distribution layer of the tubular aerator allows the air to diffuse from around its circular section. At the beginning of aeration, due to the existence of the water level difference, the air is only aerated through the diffusion layer at angle a, that is, only part of the area The air distribution layer participates in the aeration. As the running time increases, the resistance loss of the air distribution layer increases. It can rely on the change of the aeration angle for aeration, so as to ensure the stability of the air resistance loss of the aerator and minimize the energy consumption of the fan. . At the same time, when the fan stops and restarts, the accumulated water inside the aerator can be squeezed out by the air through the air distribution layer below, so the aeration system using the tube aerator does not need to set up a special drain pipe and drain valve.
2. The installation of the aerator can be improved
There are two ways to install the tube aerator, one is fixed non-shaped installation, and the other is liftable installation. The fixed tube aerator distributes air evenly, and generally adopts a branched arrangement.
The ventilation pipeline of the aerator can be lifted to the top of the pool, and it can be repaired and replaced without stopping production and drainage in the later stage. Compared with the disc aerator, the unit ventilation of the tube aerator (14~20m/mh) and the service area (3m /m) are large, so the number of aerators can be greatly reduced; at the same time, due to its structure of gas distribution and gas distribution, the layout is simple and the installation is convenient. All tube aerator units are connected by threads , fixed on the bottom of the biological pool with the matching pipe bracket and expansion bolts. The tube-type aerator can be lifted, which can greatly reduce the installation intensity of the work, shorten the installation time, reduce the installation cost, and improve the reliability of the entire aeration system.
